In order to protect the environment, our store will only provide electronic receipts for all orders.

All products will provide "discreet packaging services" and careful wrapping to minimize the possibility of damage during the shipping process, ensuring customer privacy while also reducing the risks that products may encounter during delivery to the lowest possible level.

Local same-day delivery (GOGOX / LALAMOVE)

• Local same-day delivery service is only available for products in stock. Please take a screenshot of the order and contact customer service [after placing the order but before payment]WhatsApp To ensure sufficient inventory.

• If some products are out of stock, we will arrange to send the in-stock products first, and the others will be replenished later; or you can exchange them for other styles.

• Express delivery services include: GOGO Express, LALAMOVE, etc. The fastest service will be arranged depending on the express delivery order.

• Service hours: Monday to Sunday (not applicable on public holidays)

• Cut-off time: Orders close at 9:00 p.m. If the order is placed after the cut-off time on the day, it will be delivered the next day.

  • 6-9PM requires an additional $50-$100 night delivery surcharge (charged separately after ordering)

• Delivery time: We will try our best to arrange the ideal delivery time for our customers, but it depends on the actual courier company's staffing arrangements.

• Areas where same-day delivery is not guaranteed include but are not limited to Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, North District, Tai Po, and Sai Kung Suburbs
  Not applicable for same-day delivery areas: Lantau Island (Discovery Bay / Chek Lap Kok / Hong Kong Disneyland / Mui Wo / Pui O / Cheung Sha / Tong Fuk / Shek Pik / Ngong Ping / Tai O / Airport), outlying islands, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, and other remote areas of Hong Kong. Same-day express delivery service cannot be used, and we will automatically arrange for the order to be sent via SF Express (1-2 working days) without further notice.
  * If the package needs to be re-delivered due to no one being available to receive it, the customer will be required to pay the relevant shipping fee separately.

Delivery time: Monday to Sunday (except public holidays)

• Free shipping for orders over HKD$299 at SF Express Stations, SF Express Smart Lockers, and SF Express Business Points; free shipping for orders over HKD$350 at SF Express Partner Points and door-to-door addresses

• Shipping fees will be charged at checkout if purchases do not meet the specified free shipping threshold

• When the parcel is delivered to your designated SF Express point, you will receive a text message with the "parcel number"

• Present the SMS at the pick-up point within the specified time from the time you receive it to collect it

• If you fail to pick up the package within the specified time, SF Express will charge an additional service fee (HKD 10/day)

• If the hotel can collect it, it can be delivered.

• When signing for the package, the signature of the recipient or the management office is required. If the customer is not there when the shipment arrives, we can arrange for another delivery through courier.

• Delivery service may be limited to the following areas:

  A）Remote areas of Hong Kong The delivery time will be 1 working day longer than that of non-remote areas.

  B) Delivery service is not available to border areas and certain areas on Lantau Island, except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and the airport.

  C) SF Express delivery service cannot deliver to outlying islands, except Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Ping Chau.

  D) The delivery service cannot reach areas under the jurisdiction of the government, such as the government headquarters, etc.
