Delivery and Confidential Packaging Service
The following are the packaging, local and international delivery arrangements for this store. It is recommended to read carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact customer service via WhatsApp.

In response to environmental protection, all orders will only provide electronic receipts.
Products are provided with "Confidential Packaging Service", and are carefully wrapped to minimize the possibility of damage during transportation, protecting customer privacy while also reducing the risks encountered by products during the delivery process to a minimum.
- Packed in plain cardboard boxes or SF bags
- Confidential waybill information will not contain sensitive words
- To protect privacy, no physical order will be included in the package, only electronic receipts will be provided.
Local Delivery and Self-Pickup in Hong Kong

Opening and pickup hours: Monday to Sunday 12 PM – 9 PM
- Please contact customer service via WhatsApp before payment to confirm sufficient stock
- When the goods are ready for pickup, customer service will notify customers via WhatsApp or SMS.
Pickup address: Room 07, 12/F, Yichoi Centre, 72-80 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong (about 1 minute walk from Kwun Tong MTR Station B1 exit)
If the order includes pre-ordered items, the pre-ordered items will be processed separately and can be picked up in Kwun Tong after arrival. If you need to change the delivery method, please contact customer service via WhatsApp.
Local Same-Day Delivery (GOGOX / LALAMOVE)
Local same-day delivery serviceis limited to in-stock products, please take a screenshot of the order and contact customer service via WhatsApp after placing the order and before payment to confirm sufficient stock.
- If some products are out of stock, in-stock items will be sent first, and other items can be arranged for backorder or style change
- Delivery services include: GOGOX, LALAMOVE, etc., which will arrange the fastest service based on order acceptance
- Service hours: Monday to Sunday (public holidays not applicable)
- Order cutoff time: 9 PM daily; orders placed after the cutoff time will be arranged for delivery the next day
- Delivery between 6 PM – 9 PM requires an additional HK$50 – 100 night delivery surcharge (charged separately after ordering)
- If you miss the cutoff time, you can WhatsApp to inquire if special arrangements can be made
We will try our best to accommodate the customer's ideal delivery time, but it ultimately depends on the actual arrangements of the delivery company.
Areas not guaranteed for same-day delivery: including but not limited to Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, North District, Tai Po, Sai Kung suburbs.
Areas not applicable for same-day delivery: Lantau Island (Discovery Bay / Chek Lap Kok / Hong Kong Disneyland / Mui Wo / Pui O / Cheung Sha / Tong Fuk / Shek Pik / Ngong Ping / Tai O / Airport), outlying islands, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, and other remote areas. Orders from the above areas will automatically be sent via SF Express (1-2 working days) without further notice.
If redelivery is required due to no one receiving the package, the additional shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
SF Express (Self-Pickup Point / Door-to-Door Delivery)
Shipping time: Shipping from Monday to Sunday (excluding public holidays)
If you choose SF self-pickup, please first enter the following link to check and copy the corresponding address, and paste it in the shipping address field at checkout:
- SF Smart Locker Address
- SF Station Address
- SF Business Point Address
- SF Partner Point Address (including 7-11 / OK Convenience Store)
Free shipping for SF Station, SF Smart Locker, and SF Business Point for orders over HK$299; free shipping for SF Partner Point and door-to-door addresses for orders over HK$350.
If the specified free shipping threshold is not met, the system will automatically add shipping fees at checkout.
After the package arrives at the designated SF point, the customer will receive an SMS containing the "package number" and can go to the designated location and show the SMS to pick it up. If unable to pick up within the specified time, SF may charge an additional service fee (about HK$10/day).
If the order includes pre-ordered items, the pre-ordered items will be processed separately and sent out after arrival. If you need to change the delivery method, please contact customer service via WhatsApp.
If the hotel can receive goods on behalf of the customer, we can also arrange delivery to the hotel front desk / management office. A signature is required from the recipient or management office upon receipt. If the customer is not present when the package arrives, they can contact the delivery company to arrange for redelivery.
Delivery service is limited in some areas:
A) Delivery time to remote areas in Hong Kong will take about 1 more working day than general areas.
B) Unable to deliver to border areas and certain areas of Lantau Island (excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, and the airport).
C) SF is unable to deliver to some outlying island areas (excluding Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, and Peng Chau).
D) Delivery may not be arranged to government-controlled areas (such as government headquarters, etc.).
International Delivery (including Macau, Mainland China, Taiwan)
General Instructions (applicable to all countries/regions)
We use courier companies such as UPS / FedEx / DHL / Quantium / Postal EMS, and provide export services through third-party suppliers.
- Correct and complete name and identification document number must be provided for smooth customs clearance
- Shipping fees depend on weight and delivery area
- No refunds for all overseas orders; if returns or maintenance are needed, they can be processed according to relevant terms, and all incurred shipping fees must be borne by the customer
- Customers may need to pay additional fees, customs duties, taxes, or apply for import permits according to local laws, which our store cannot bear
In accordance with the import laws of various places, we must declare the value and type of goods truthfully. In some areas, relevant documents must be attached to the outside of the package for customs clearance purposes. Therefore, we cannot adjust the declared value or product category as requested by the customer.
The estimated delivery time is about 3-21 working days, and the actual time depends on the area and current situation.
If the goods are returned due to failure to meet local customs clearance requirements or the customer has not completed the relevant procedures, when the courier company returns the package to our store, we will deduct all shipping fees and a handling fee of HK$100 from the refund as a return order processing fee, and the remaining amount will be processed according to the refund procedure.
