Q: 如何使用學生優惠？ How do you apply student discount?
A: 網店購物前登入會員帳戶，之後結帳時輸入
STUDENT 折扣碼便可享有優惠。門市購物時提供已登記的電話號碼給店員。
A: For online store, you can enjoy discounts by logging in to your member account, use promo code STUDENT at checkout page. For physical store, please provide the registered mobile number to the staff members.
Q: 學生優惠甚麼時候才會審批？ When will the application be processed?
A: 申請後大概需要三個工作天內會批核。在未收到批核結果前，請耐心等候。審核後在購物車結帳時會看到「學生優惠」字眼。
A: It takes around 3 working days to finish the application process. Please be patient while waiting for the result. After the approval, you will see the “student discount” promotional tag in the shopping cart.
Q: 請問學生優惠期限到什麼時候？ How long will the membership last?
A: 會員優惠期將由批核日期起計一年，過期後如仍為學生可再次申請續期。
