The guest's submission of the order represents their agreement and understanding of the following notices:
Notice for Reserved Goods
The product detail page indicates whether the product is in stock or needs to be pre-ordered. Once the order is placed, it cannot be refunded. For some products, we will arrange for ordering after the guest has made the payment. Please feel free to contact us to inquire about the estimated arrival time.
If a pre-ordered product cannot be shipped due to supplier issues, I will arrange to update the product, and the payment for that product will be refunded or a gift card will be issued.
If the order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will default to shipping all items together once they are all available. If the guest wishes to have them shipped separately, please contact customer service in advance.
Shipping Notice
In-stock orders will be arranged for same-day delivery as much as possible. If the guest makes a purchase outside of business hours, delivery will be arranged for the next working day. If the guest requires a specific delivery time or request, please contact customer service with the order number after placing the order.

🛍️ In-Store Pickup Notice:
All online orders generally require at least 2 hours to prepare the products.
You will receive an email notification "Arrived" and a WhatsApp notification when the order is ready for pickup; you may only go to the store to pick up after receiving the notification.
🌍 International Shipping (including Macau and Taiwan):
You must provide the correct full name and identification document number for smooth customs clearance.

Return and Exchange Notice
We offer a qualified return and exchange service within 30 days from the receipt of the product.
To meet the return conditions, your product must remain in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, unworn, and unused, with tags and original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or purchase document (electronic or physical) for verification.

Refund Notice
If a refund is required due to the unavailability of pre-ordered goods, the final decision on the refund will be made by the guest or company, and the refund will be processed through the original payment method used by the guest. Refunds other than credit cards, Faster Payment System, and Payme will be arranged in cash.
If the guest chooses to pay by credit card, the system will refund the amount to the guest's credit card, but the transaction fee may still be charged by the bank. This fee will not be included in the refund, and the guest will need to bear it. Some credit card refunds may take longer; guests are advised to check with their bank.
