Products and Availability

When describing products available for online purchase, Sing Dr strives to be as accurate as possible. However, Sing Dr does not guarantee that any product descriptions or other content related to the services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

The colors displayed on the website depend on many factors, including your computer display settings, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately reflect the actual colors of the products purchased.

The weight, quantity, size, and capacity displayed on the website are provided as best estimates. Variations in the manufacturing process may occur, meaning that the delivered product may differ slightly in appearance from the display and description on the website.

All product orders are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock or we encounter supply difficulties, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

Orders, Pricing, Promotions, Discounts and Payments

Sing Dr's online store and physical store operate independently. The selling prices, discounts, and promotions are not guaranteed to be the same. Certain promotions may only apply to online purchases and may not be applicable to our physical store, and vice versa. In any case, you are not entitled to a refund for any discrepancies arising from the above reasons.

Discounts and discount thresholds do not include shipping costs. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Sing Dr makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate and up to date. In the event of an error (including processing errors), we are not obligated to provide you with the goods at the incorrect (lower) price.

All prices and charges on this website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Other units are automatically converted by the system.

We reserve the right to reject any offer you make to purchase a product at any time before you receive Shipment Confirmation.

To place an order on this website, you must be a private consumer and not a dealer or acting in a corporate capacity.

After you complete the payment process, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order ("Confirmation Email"). This email serves only as a confirmation receipt for your order and does not constitute acceptance of your order. The purchase contract for the goods between us ("Contract") will only be established once you receive an email confirming that your product has been shipped from our warehouse or is ready for pickup ("Shipping Confirmation").

Orders can be paid for using a credit card or other methods detailed on the checkout page. In any case, we do not accept cash or checks for online shopping.

In order for any promotion or discount code to be valid, it should be entered/selected during the checkout process.

We will endeavour to complete orders for the items listed in the shipping confirmation within 1-30 business days. Estimated delivery times are for reference only.

The items provided on this website can only be delivered to most commercial, industrial, and residential areas in Hong Kong and Macau (excluding PO Box addresses and certain restricted areas, such as those requiring special permits).

Except for in-store pickup, third-party delivery personnel will deliver the items to the address specified in the order. If you do not arrive at the delivery location at the agreed time, your items will be held by the third-party courier company.

If individual products are occasionally delayed and out of stock due to import reasons, we will not be held responsible and will notify you of the shipping arrangements separately.

Phone number is required in order to receive a delivery message or call during order processing.

Available delivery options and corresponding delivery charges will be displayed during the order processing.

Return shipping charges and additional fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Risk of loss of goods and title

The risk of loss for purchased items passes to you when we deliver the shipment to the carrier.

When we receive full payment of all amounts due related to the item (including shipping costs), or when the item is delivered to the carrier (whichever is later), ownership of the item will transfer to you.

Delivery

 

1. We will endeavor to fulfill your order for items listed in the Dispatch Confirmation in 1-30 working days. The estimated delivery time is just for reference.

2. Items offered over this Site are only available for delivery to most of the commercial, industrial, and residential areas in Hong Kong and Macau (excluding post office box addresses, and certain restricted areas, for example those that require special permits).

3. Except for store pick-up, third-party courier will deliver the items to the address stated in the order. If you are not at the delivery location at the time agreed, your item(s) will be kept with the third-party courier.

4. If occasional shortage of stock for certain products arising from delay occurs due to importation, we are not responsible for it and shall give further notice on delivery arrangement.

5. Phone number must be filled in to receive delivery message or phone call during order processing.

6. The available delivery options and corresponding delivery fee will be shown during order processing.

7. Delivery fee and extra charge are not refundable for return delivery under any circumstances.

Risks of Loss and Title to Goods

 

1. The risk of loss for the items purchased is passed to you upon our delivery of goods to the carrier.

2. Ownership of the items will be transferred to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the items, including delivery charges, or upon delivery to the carrier, whichever is later.
