Question: Are all the products sold on your online store in stock?
Answer: Most of the products we sell are in stock. If you need to make a reservation, our customer service team is always available to assist you.

How do I change my billing address?
The billing address cannot be changed once provided.
We can change the shipping address for customers; if the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

What countries and regions does the delivery support support?
Our store currently only supports shipping to Hong Kong and Macau, and other countries or regions are not supported yet.
What is the order amount for free delivery?
Local delivery is free of Hong Kong SF Express shipping fees for orders over HK$299 (after discount). Global shipping is free for purchases over HK$1000 (based on local currency).

Can I receive my parcel on the same day?
Generally expected to be delivered in the afternoon to evening.
* Orders are accepted until 9:00 PM on Sunday.
* An additional $30 night delivery surcharge applies for deliveries between 6 PM and 9 PM (charged separately after placing the order).
* Public holidays and inclement weather will result in collection on the next working day.
* Remote areas may not be able to receive items on the same day.
Does home delivery cover the whole of Hong Kong?
This store mainly uses the following express delivery services:

The above delivery services provide door-to-door delivery in most areas of Hong Kong, including Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, the airport, and outlying islands. However, some remote areas (including but not limited to: Heung Yuen Wai, Lung Kwu Tan, Sha Tau Kok, and border restricted areas) may not be reachable, or may require additional delivery time and shipping fees.

Customers can choose to pick up their packages at any SF Express self-pickup point in Hong Kong. The following are the relevant addresses and information for reference:

This store responds to environmental protection by providing electronic receipts for all orders.

How long does it take to deliver after placing an order?

All in-stock items in our store are generally shipped to SF Express within 1 working day.
According to official SF information, the estimated delivery time is 1 - 2 working days. When the package arrives at the pickup point, SF will send a text notification to the recipient, and they can follow the instructions to collect the package.
