30-Day "One-for-One" Return Guarantee

Sing Dr (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") offers you a qualified return and exchange service within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your product must remain in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, unworn, and unused, with tags and original packaging included. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, either electronic or physical, for verification.

If your return request is accepted, the Company will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Products returned without prior application will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Products:

Products classified as consumables, including but not limited to: condoms, liquids, clothing accessories, discount/sale items, etc., are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products listed as 【Gift Cards】, 【Defective Items】, 【Inventory Clearance】, and those in the discount area are not eligible for return or exchange.

Each product's return and exchange request cannot exceed once. Some brands will handle warranty and maintenance directly from the manufacturer, not through this store.

Discontinued return products may be replaced with the same model in a different color; or with an electronic gift card from this store.

 

The following are reasons or conditions for exchange:

  • Product is not functioning properly due to manufacturer issues

  • Quality issues or non-human defects in the product's original manufacturing

 

If any of the following situations occur, the Company cannot assist with the return or exchange:

  • Does not meet the 30-Day "One-for-One" exchange guarantee standards

  • Product condition not described on the "Return Center" application form

  • Designated brand products unable to provide warranty card

  • Product packaging damaged during transport

  • Returned products that have been used, incomplete, damaged, or soiled packaging or accessories

  • Discounted products and consumables, including but not limited to: condoms, lubricants, massage oils, and lingerie, etc.

  • Improper use of the product, including but not limited to: contact with particularly humid substances, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergents, solvents, cooking oil, overheating, etc.

  • Products not sold by this online store

The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept return packages that are not instructed or do not meet return conditions.
Please ensure that the product and accessories are complete.

If customers make a mistake in their own selection; or find that the product is functioning normally after inspection and is not a manufacturer issue, customers must bear all shipping costs incurred by SF Express.

The Company will not bear the shipping costs or any additional fees for returns or exchanges.

From the date of receipt of the order, based on the logistics provider's tracking system updates.

All return and exchange items must be sent out within 30 days of receiving the "Return Steps Instructions" email (based on the date of dispatch as per the SF Express tracking system) according to the instructions, otherwise, it will be considered as an automatic waiver of the application, and the store will not provide any notification or compensation for losses.
