Product maintenance application process

SING DR's main products are available from the date of purchaseAll customersBasic: 1 year / Member Dr Care +: 2 yearsMaintenance services are available. You only need to make an appointment in advance and go to any of our stores to arrange maintenance.

※ All defective products do not provide instant one-to-one exchange service

Due to staff shortage, we are unable to accept any unscheduled product maintenance. We hope to focus on handling individual cases. The whole process takes timeAbout 14 to 21 working days, depending on the manufacturer and product supply.

Maintenance application steps

  1. fill in Product Maintenance Form(Please provide correct information).
  2. After completing the form, you can return the defective product.
    (It is recommended to indicate the order number, name, contact information and the words "defective goods replacement" on the outer packaging)
  3. If you choose SF Express, please provideSF Express order number
  4. If you choose to go to the store in person, please bring the product to the designated location.
  5. We will conduct a simple test and send it back to the manufacturer for processing. After receiving the new product, we will notify the customer via WhatsApp to pick it up or arrange for delivery.

Precautions

  • The maintenance freight is borne by the customer.
  • Make sure that the product and accessories are complete.
  • Some brands are processed directly by the original manufacturer, so the processing time may vary.
  • If the product is found to be damaged by human factors or not due to product problems after inspection, the shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
