Usage Instructions:
- Disinfection before first use : Place the menstrual cup in boiling water for 5-8 minutes, and for daily cleaning, use warm water and mild soap, avoiding soap residue.
- Folding the cup : Fold the cup to the size of a tampon as instructed, gently push it into the vagina.
